From cherry blossoms to markets, there’s plenty of things happening this weekend for you to check out in your community.

Vancouver Sun Run (9:00 am – 12:00 pm on Sunday April 21st)

Returning for it’s 40th anniversary, the Vancouver Sun Run (taking place rain or shine) will start in downtown Vancouver and end at Concord Pacific Place.

Made in the 604 Spring Market (11:00 am – 5:00 pm on Sunday April 21st)

Returning for the spring at Heritage Hall is the Made in the 604 markets. You can expect lots of awesome artisans showcasing their pieces for this pet-friendly and free market.

Social Run & Coffee by Social Run Club (Saturdays from 9:30 am – 10:30 am)

All running levels are welcome for this 4 to 5 km social run, followed by a coffee shop stop.

Burnaby / New West Run by LaPower (Sundays at 9:00 am)

Meet up with local runners at the Central Park Public Tennis Courts for this weekly Sunday morning run.

The Weekend Walk by VanCity Girls Who Walk (12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on April 21st)

Starting at David Lam Park, it’s the perfect opportunity to talk, walk, and meet some awesome new friends in the neighbourhood.

Riley Park Summer Farmers Market (10:00 am – 2:00 pm every Saturday until October 26th)

Taking place right across from Nat Bailey Stadium, this farmers market is a foodie paradise.

Hastings Park Winter Farmers Market (10:00 am – 2:00 pm every Sunday until April 28th)

Each week you can expect over 35 vendors including farms and producers, food trucks, and more!

Trout Lake Farmers Market (10:00 am – 2:00 pm every Saturday until October 26th)

Explore this weekly market that’s officially open for the summer 2024 season with over 60 vendors.

Vancouver Flea Market (9:00 am – 5:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday)

Taking place every weekend, explore the 40,000 square foot market featuring 360 tables!
